FL.C (FLowers with Care) 1998 Ltd, is an export company which exports cut flowers , greens and herbs worldwide.
We specialize in exporting a large range of high quality items from different zones of Israel, satisfying our client’s specific demands and specifications.
We are trained to build a “ tailor made” case to the final customer which may contain different varieties of cut flowers and greens or even ready made bouquets.
FL.C gathers a select group of high top growers (all members as at the Dutch Auctions in Holland).
We accompany and instruct our growers in order to fulfil quality standards and our customer’s demands.
In Fact we accompany our growers all the way from planning through to planting and growing untill final packing. This unique cooperation helps us to accomplish our mutual aim of providing high quality products to meet with our customer requirements.
FL.C has cooling trucks, which collect the flowers directly from the growers. We do not work from stock. We do not order to stock. We order daily upon each of our customer’s orders.
The fact that our group of growers ship their goods on a daily basis enables us to ensure the freshest products and for the customer to enjoy long lasting vase life.
FL.C is known for its high level of logistics-planning.
A flower that is cut from the field on Friday morning will be in your warehouse on Monday morning at the latest.
We collect the cut flowers with our cooling trucks 24 hours after they have been cut. During this 24 hour period the cut flowers go through a strict procedure of sorting, post harvesting cooling and packing.
The trucks bring the boxes to our packinghouse which is located in the Airport. From that moment the flowers are unloaded into our cooling rooms, controlled by a ministry of agriculture inspector and pass through security checks. In fact our shipments arrive at the packinghouse in the airport very close to their departure time. These procedures help us to maintain the cooling chain all the way to our customer's door.
Our growers are identified. Each box that leaves our packinghouse is marked with the grower’s name.
By doing so we believe we can create better communication and cooperation between the producer and the consumer. This is another way to maintain our commitment.
